Hotel Accommodations:

We have three host hotels for Test Week 2007.  Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn Downtown, and Radisson Suites.  Information regarding hotels can be found on our website “Hotel/Lodging”.   The Government Per Diem rate for Huntsville is $71.00.  Taxes include 12% state/local tax and $1 lodging fee.

 

Conference RegistrationALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER.   The vendor processing your registration fee(s) is Westar Corporation.  Your statement will read: TEST WEEK. 

 

Redstone Arsenal Community:  Local Redstone Arsenal Government personnel can access the conference and short course(s) in TIP to generate a DD 1556 for training purposes.  Catalog # F73TW.  This form will not reserve a space in the conference.  The official registration form on the website must be used for payment processing. 

 

Sponsorships Available:  Test Week 2007 offers optimum exposure to our industries supporting the Test and Evaluation Community.  Four individual tier sponsorship levels are offered, with significant recognition attached to each level. 

 

Dress/Parking//Event Location:  All events will take place at the South Hall, Von Braun Center, unless specified on the individual announcement.  Speakers, Panelists, and Chairs:  Class A Uniform and/or Business Attire.  Attendees:  Class B Uniform and/or Business Attire.  Parking lots and south hall parking garage will charge $4.00 per day for parking.  Government vehicles are no charge in the parking garage.  There is no charge for parking on setup/teardown day(s) for exhibitors.

 

Exhibit:  Test Week 2007 offers high return on minimal time and money investment.  Hands on, technical, and commodity oriented demonstrations are highly encouraged.  High exposure to senior level executives and all attendees. 

 

Golf Tournament:  A golf tournament will be held Monday, June 11th at the Canebrake Golf Course, Athens, Alabama.  Please click “Annual Golf Tournament” on the right of the website for the golf information form. 

 

Bike Ride:  The Spring Cycling Club will host the annual bide ride on Monday, June 11th.  Location and map to be announced.  Bikes and helmets are available to rent for a small fee.  Please fill out the bike registration form located on the website under “Annual Bike Ride”.                                    

 

Test Week 2007 Special Event:  This year we will host an old fashion “Test Week Tailgate”.  Jack Daniels and Old Towne Brewery will be on hand to wet the whistle.  Entertainment will be on hand as well.  This event is included in your registration fee and one you will NOT want to miss!!  It is a great place to network and wear your signature Test Week 2007 shirt!

 

Protocol:  Mr. Charles Pollard, AMCOM Protocol Office, will be the point of contact for all General Officers and SES’s (charles.pollard@us.army.mil, (256) 876-6899.  Transportation and/or escort will be provided as needed.
